Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to participants in Ontario. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Ontario, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Modern Family Realtor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Modern Family Realtor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
Campaign Period: Participants will be accepted starting on February 1, 2021 and ending August 31, 2021.
How to Enter and Qualify for $25 Amazon gift card:
The Participant must submit a written or verbal request to any member of the MFR team that he or she would like to participate in the MFR First Time Home Buyer Program. You can also refer as many participants into the program.
This participant or referral $25 Amazon Gift card incentive is only available under the following conditions. 1. The participant or referral is currently not a client of Modern Family Realtor. 2. $25 Amazon gift card will be provided if the participant or referral completes the 5 step MFR program. 3. No purchase or sale is required. 4. No limit on how many individuals you can refer to the program. 5. To qualify for the $25 referral your contact must complete all 5 steps and both of you will qualify for the $25 Amazon gift card. 6. Amazon gift cards will be delivered after step 5 and you have successfully created a prospect and booked your first showing.
The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible for the Amazon Gift Card. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Modern Family Realtor. You must provide the information requested. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Modern Family Realtor.
